Newday 2009

This year the event took place at a new location. With the venue Uttoxeter Racecourse finishing last year we moved to the Norfolk Showground in Norwich.
This annual event began in 2004 with 3500 attending, this year that number has doubled to 7000! Newday aimed at the 12-19's and is 100% all about Jesus! The week is packed full with worship, teaching, social action projects and having lots of fun!
Although we were not allowed to take photos during the main meetings, you can watch videos and read the blog of the event at www.newday.xtn.org

But here are a few photos to give you a glimpse of what went on.

Big top and tree

joel and tom

Maggie and others
The team and young people enjoyed each others company and with lots of sunshine, there was plenty of time in the afternoons to catch up with what had happened at the morning meetings.
